The BCBSM Coordinated Care app is designed exclusively for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan members who have received an invitation to join the app as part of the Blue Cross Coordinated Care program. In order to sign up, you will need your Enrollee ID and an access code.

Please note that BCBSM Coordinated Care is compatible with Apple Health for certain care programs that involve step count tracking.
